Payment Options
We exclusively accept PayPal for transactions at checkout.
Please note that the items ordered will be shipped solely to the address and recipient specified during the PayPal payment process. Ensure that your shipping information is accurate and up-to-date when completing your payment through PayPal.

Domestic Shipping. The shipping cost is calculated during the checkout process. Unless otherwise specified, your orders will be shipped via UPS or USPS. For shipping long items in oversized boxes within the U.S. (CONUS), the cost is generally a flat rate of $25. However, if your items require multiple boxes, if multiple orders are combined, and/or if a larger box is needed, additional shipping charges may apply. We typically refund shipping for combined orders, but keep in mind that such orders may also increase freight costs due to size and weight increases, and refunds will be at our discretion.
International Shipping. For all international orders, the shipping cost starts at 30plus30plus3 for each additional long item (shipping and packaging in a long mailing box included).
Please note that international orders not shipped in “flat rate boxes” will be determined and shipped based on size and/or weight via USPS First Class International. If your items are large or bulky (cases, large rods, etc.), shipping may exceed the estimated cost, and we will need to contact you before completing your order.
For international orders shipped via USPS, tracking is generally unavailable once your order leaves the U.S. postal system. However, the routing number provided may help your local postal service track the progress of your package. We will do our best to assist you, but Shoplyonline cannot be responsible for the loss or damage of international packages. Shoplyonline is also not responsible for customs fees, duties, and/or VAT.
We are happy to accept and ship orders throughout North America, the European Union, and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to Russia or any countries in Asia and Africa.
In general, all domestic orders in stock will be shipped within one business day. We will make every effort to ensure the safe delivery of your order, but please keep in mind that whether domestic or international, Shoplyonline cannot be held responsible for loss or damage via USPS or UPS.
Shipping Returns
If a package is returned to Shoplyonline due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or due to customs clearance failure, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs for the return and the cost of redelivery. We apologize, but we cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or returned due to incorrect shipping information or failure to clear or pay customs fees or VAT in your country. Postal services and courier companies do not refund delivery charges for incorrect addresses or customs issues, so please verify your shipping address and contact information carefully during the PayPal checkout.
We will be happy to assist and replace any parts we consider defective within 30 days of purchase. All warranties are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Please send a photo of the defective part to admin@shoplyonline.com so we can identify it and send the correct part. Items purchased more than 30 days ago, or those that we deem to be heavily used or abused, are not eligible for warranty consideration.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any parts that are damaged during assembly, by your customer, or if you purchased the item from another seller or individual.

Prices
Shoplyonline strives to accurately reflect current prices and discount schedules on the website. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, prices may change without notice. Additionally, typographical errors or mistakes in technical descriptions may occur; we apologize for this and will correct any issues as soon as we become aware of them.
Out of Stock Items
Items that are out of stock cannot be back-ordered. However, you can choose to sign up for an email notification when an out-of-stock item becomes available by clicking the “Notify Me” button on the product page.
Privacy Notice and Mailing Lists
Your personal data belongs solely to you. We will not sell, transfer, or rent your personal information for any purposes, except in cases related to the administration of Shoplyonline.
