  • Logistical Liabilities: Every shipment dispatched through our network is fully insured. ShoplyOnline assumes full liability for packages lost in transit or heavily damaged by courier handling. However, ShoplyOnline cannot be held responsible for packages marked as successfully delivered by the carrier but stolen from the recipient’s premises (porch piracy), or packages misrouted due to incorrect address strings submitted by the buyer.
